Collection: Wood Wick Candles

Every candle in this collection burns on a wood wick rather than cotton. Wood wicks are cut from sappy fruit trees, and they give the soft crackle you can hear across a quiet room. They also burn with a wider, shallower melt pool, which is part of why they tend to reach the edge of the jar instead of tunnelling down the middle.

All of them are poured by hand in Melbourne from 100% natural soy wax, with premium Australian fragrance oils. Burn time is over 35 hours and net weight is over 210 grams.

Trim the wick to 3 to 5mm before each burn. A wood wick left too long will struggle to stay alight, and a trimmed one gives a steadier, more even flame.
